    Repair of Beogram 8000

Does anyone know of a repair shop in the US that is capable of repairing the model 8000 turntable?  I've tried 2 shops and neither could fix it.  Also, if someone could advise me on how to get the capacitor kit, that would be much appreciated too.  Any help would be appreciated.

Contact member Dillen (Martin) and he will certainly provide a capacitor kit along with full fitting instructions. He can also supply a brand new tacho disc (in S/Steel) as yours will certainly have started to fail if it is the earlier cellophane type.

Can I also suggest repeating this thread to the Beogram section where it is likely to gain a better audience for your problem (Dillen seems to spend a bit of time on there helping other beogram ownersSmile)?

    Chris.
