SERENE NOT POWERING ON OR TAKING CHARGE....

Hi,

my serene just shut down no reason, i didnt drop it, the battery was fully charged, it will not respond when putting on the charger, or trying to turn on.... any ideas?

Hi,

Try to remove the battery and start the phone again.
