HI Everyone,

I received my Beosound 3 yesterday. It looks wonderful and sounds great too.

After I downloaded a beoplayer 4.81 from B&O, then I used my user name & e-mail to register my beoplayer. After I pressed the submit button and waited for 5 sec.

 The B&O server informed me that " A connection to the online music into web service could not be establish".

My beoplayer is work perfectly fine, but I'm not able to use the AMG features, so when I put my CD in my cpu, my beoplayer is shown "Not Register".

I check my log-in I.D with B&O. Everything is correct.

I hope somebody can help me.

Perhaps it has something to do with the firewall-settings ?

 

May I suggest that you try it again as the AMG service recently has gone down a few times and it may be that when you tried it the server was really unavailable.
