And now, on a lighter note....... How many B&O products can you spot?
No prizes, just for fun! How many products in this photo'? I'll give you a head start as it is dificult to see. There is a Beolink 5000 on the mantlepiece. If there are any "Open mind" or Kipper CDs in there, they are not counted! Left click on the picture to see in full size.

Can I just say that I bet B&O are kicking themselves not to have thought of the "Treble radiator on top of the Penta idea" You certainly have an eye for design - sketch a few ideas up and send them to Struer (having registered them first of course) Not counting the remotes on the mantelpiece I see 12.

I see 13. 14 if it's a B&O microphone MD8 (or Beomic 1000 but it seems too shiny) between the Beomaster 5000 tuner and what could be a rare teak version of Beovox MC120.2 Martin

Sorry Martin, that is a Kikinoko MP3 player! It is plugged into the 5000. The speaker you mentioned is one of the S120s that I refoamed (on a lengthy thread) That takes you back down to 13 like Beocool. Wrong! Edit, Beocool changed his mind to 15 Wrong!

16!! I'm not that well off! 14 is the right answer but you have to list them or you could just be guessing.

My mistake, I thought it was on the mantelpiece. The 14th item is the system cabinet.

Oh yes, it could be an open Serene, I can see that. I took it for being one of those 80's pacman pocket beep-beep games. Probably a couple of cassette tapes without cases. Martin

Well done for getting the cabinet Martin, but goodness knows where you found a Beovox 5700-5702!! Puncher, the two gubbins are in fact three brass magnifying glasses used by weavers for counting the warp and weft in a given measurement, quarter, half and full square inch. Beocool, my Serene is in my pocket.

What a fiasco I had with the cabinet. I have totally Mobed it! It was 10.6 cm to big, so I pulled it apart and cut the three planks with a jigsaw. I didn't know you could do such a wiggly line with a jigsaw! My woodwork teacher was right! I also Mobed my thumb with a Stanley knife.

Delicate woodwork is better left to professionals, I guess. Anyway I'm of to bed now. Hope your thumb gets better soon.

When I saw Jonathan's picture of his BL8000 he won, I wrote "I have never seen that much B&O on such little space". What should I write now???

It seems we have a new verb in the English language
"To Mobe" def : "to make a complete *** of". All tenses are valid "I will Mobe", "I have Mobed", "I am Mobing" etc. If we all use it we could get into the next edition of the Oxford English Dictionary. (btw - ref jigsaw -should have asked a profeshneal - yes, I've done it too)

It certainly deserves a place in the OED. It will forever be a term of totally bo*****ing B&O equipment on this site. Well done Mobe - infamy at last
