To blog, or not to blog ...
I have the impression not a lot of people make use of the BLOG section. I do. I try to keep up with the B&O chat sessions every wednesday at 13:00 - 14:00h. Now the wednesday is my day off, you should think I can take part of every chat session. Unfortunately Daniel, our son, demands more attention then I had anticipated. But if I have to decide our son comes first.

Dear Coolskin, Since the old BeoWorld, I have always taken the time to read your regularly updated blogs. Of course Daniel is your pride and joy, and so although I miss your company on BeoWorld, we all understand your position. Best wishes to you and your family.

It's not that dramatic, that I can't find the time to post or blog. But as you may have noticed, I post less then I did before "Everything Bang & Olufsen". I still read the Beoworld Forum everyday though. I changed my avatar to my previous Neo, to protect my son's image. Internet can have some side affects due to Google and the time info must/will be stored for a long time.

I read your blog regularly, Coolskin. It is very interesting most of the time. I wanted to start a blog too, but I still don't know how to do. Could you tell me?

Re: To blog, or not to blog ...
I think it is difficult to do a blog B&O related. I mean about what do you write? If you restore old products on a regular basis picures and how tos or before an after wouId be nice. But otherwise I just think its difficult to keep it alive unless you mix in personal stuff. Would love to see the gallery turned on with self service mode. i think to mail the pictures to Ed is holding people back from posting them. I perused the pictures in the old forum quite frequenty, would love to see how other people place or install their B&O. Cheers JK

I saw Peter' blog. Then I tried to find out how to set one up for my own. I didn't manage, told Peter, and Van then set up a blog section for me personally.

I agree. There's something more intimate about posting your photos and writing your descriptions in your own time, rather than sending them off fully formed to Ed. I had loads of photos and descriptions on the old site, and though this has nothing to do with Ed (I'm sure he's great and really helpful in the same way he is with tech advice), I just can't be bothered if I can't post myself on this new site.... can we please have this functionality? I know the request comes up from time to time, but as Gold Members we are paying for the space, so it would be nice to have this access!!!

Re: To blog, or not to blog ...
I too miss all the photos from the previous site, but I didn't realise there was a reason why there were relatively few on the new site. Seems a shame if people are reluctant to post photos... s
