    Re: posting problem

I know you will probably curse me for saying this but when you want to go to another paragraph are you pressing "return".

You can also hold "shift" and press return and the cursor should go to the next line rather than paragraph
    like so...

I know you are more than likely doing the above but I have to eliminate these possibilities so please bear with me.

Can you use the other settings/options which are available at the top of the editing window (bold, italic bullets etc) ? Or is it simply the paragraph or line return?

    Thanks for your patience

    Re: posting problem

    Hi David

I have checked your settings and you had "Plain text" selected as your content editor settings. This only allows you to post using plain text. I have changed you back to "Standard settings" so you should be back to normal now.

If you want to change this in future you can do the following:

    1. Select your name in the top right
    2. Select "Site Options"
    3. Go down to "Content Editor"
    4. Select "Standard Settings" from the drop down
    5. Press "save changes" at the bottom of the page

    I hope this helps.
