Well, today gave my 9000 a clean and went to play the cd would not read and began to click repeatdley until it stopped and went to "pause".

I think I had a mild heart attack at the time, switched off and back on and still the same

After moving the cd mech a little, we were back in business but was unable to read disc 1 even though disc 1 was and had been in place for some time.

Removed cd1 and found that the inside circle had been slightly damaged so evened out and placed back in and all fine.

Has since worked - anyone know what may have caused this unable to grad the cd and the constant clicking noise when moving and when reading cds?
