Good Evening all!
Despite my love for my BV5's great design and even though I had it HD upgraded last year, I am starting to feel the pain and serious limitations of the BV5's input and outputs. Of course an option would be to sell the BV5 and buy the beautifull BV9 that seems to have all the neccessary inputs and outputs to last at least the next few years, even with the growing amount of HDMI/HD devices out in the market.
The second hand price however is at least in Norway not as good as it could be, and there is still a fair amount to bridge to a new BV9. The finance is maybe the easiest part, whereas to convince my wife that we need to swap a "TV that cost £15.000 and you need to change it now...." Well yes, those of you married out there know what I am talking about.
So another option both cheaper and possibly better might be the BeoSystem3. It certainly has the right inputs, but how about the output to the BV5. Anybody with experience with this setup, or any other advice for the optimum setup of this ?
Kind regards
Rolf
