I have done a quick search on the Beo-Mac forum and cannot find any threads about widgets, I am sure there was one on the old forum though. I just wondered which widgets other Beoworld members use, which are helpful, interesting, just fun or completely useless?
On my computer I use the following so far:
Weather forcast for my area - completely inaccurate which I find funny as it promises sunshine and I can hear the rain on the windows.
Sing that iTune, which helps me to sing the right lyrics and i enjoy, unfortunately I cannot use this and connect to my airtunes at the same time as it requires an internet connection, not possible to do both at the same time on my Mac Mini. but i still like it.
iSTAT which i like but I am not convinced that the temperatures are accurate as they never seem to change no matter if I have just switched on the computer or have been using it for hours but I like all the other stat info.
Radar which tells me if any one else in the near vacinity has a wireless network that I can connect too and if my networks are all available.
Do you have any interesting widgets, what is on your Dashboard and why?
