    Using BeoSound 2 and Windows Vista

    Hello Everyone,

     

    I just wanted to know if anyone else has issues running the BS2 with Vista. Just got a new computer and cannot get it to work. I left a message with product support today. Just wanted to know how many people are having this minor obstacle. Thanks.

    I'm having noo problems at all with the combination BS2/Vista. Still need to tame Vista a bit.. but I don't have any problems at all using BeoPort-BeoSound2 with Vista.

    You won't experience any problems with BeoPort and Vista - they run fine! It's BeoPlayer that causes problems - Bang & Olufsen are currently developing a new version to run seamlessly alongside Vista.

    In the meantime you'll just need to add the BeoSound 2 as a "portable device", and drag and drop tracks to it!

    Thanks you are right. B&O is working on making software compatible for Vista. BeoPlayer does seem to work fine with out the BeoSound 2 software.
