Glass panels for CD4500

Anyone know where you can get replacement panels for a CD4500? B&O don't supply anymore. Also could someone tell me if the panel is the same one used for both CD3500 & 4500 models.

I am sure they are the same - though obviously the 3500 ones are not available either.
