    Replacement Laser for Beogram CD 5500

    Can anyone tell me how to get hold of a replacement laser for the Beogram CD 5500.  I am informed this spare part is no longer available.  I have an engineer who can fit the part, but no part.

    I would buy another CD5500 on ebay. Prices are very cheap at the moment and it will probably be more cost effective than having it fixed.
