    Beo4 and BS9000 Versions & Upgrade help

I have 2 Beo4 remotes. One with DVD and another without DVD button.
    Beo4 with DVD button displays E.E 4.4 S.W. 4.0.
I've scrolled through available to add list items and did not see N.MUSUC and N.RADIO.
I assume it's due to old version of remote?
Another question: Is there a way to upgrade older Beo4 with no DVD button to have DVD button? And is it reasonably inexpensive?

I also trying to get BeoPort setup with my BeoSound 9000 and not sure if it's' N.MUSIC/N.RADIO ready.
How do I check version of BS9000, is there a service menu?

    Thank you

The Beo4 can't been upgraded. You can use N.MUSIC by selecting A.TAPE2 and N.RADIO by selecting PHONO. Good luck!

    Bart,
Do you mean Beo4 without DVD button cannot be upgraded to have DVD button?
Or you talking about software upgrade to Beo4?

Thanks for the tips on using A.TAPE2 and PHONO!
But I still would want to have N.MUSIC/N.RADIO displayed on the remote!

Then you will have to buy a new one then.

Yes it possible, but the only way to do it, is by replacing the PCB and buttons cost about 200$

I'd have to sell mine and get new.
    Thanks for the comments!
