Hi,

My phone is acting up and I'm pretty sure it's a broken wire coming into the handset.  It works great unless you stretch it or wiggle at the handset.  I slid the plastic piece of just below the wire but that didn't reveal very much.

The straight answer is you don't - B&O would regard the handset as a replacable unit! However a little heat and some cautious probing should allow you to prise the two halves apart. It has been done before but be prepared to buy a new handset!

I replaced mine only 15 pounds from B&O
