What master would you rather have ????? (IMPORTANT PLEASE)

I've been looking at Radix's Ipod conversion for the Beocenter 9500....full conversion with remote control of the Ipod...(i've got 2500 songs on my Ipod).... Should I use that for the Whole house master.....(of course do a ML/MCL converter to Masterlink to all the Actives and Passives)....

     OR

Should I stick with the Beosound 9000 with only 6 CD's???????????????????

Could I remote through a Passive or Active Kit thru the ML/MCL converter to the Beocenter 9500 and control the Ipod from anywhere???????

     Graham........, Peter..........................anyone.....HELP !!!

     THanks, k

Do you know if it uses Datalink from the BC or receives Ir from the remote?

If your Beosound 9000 is a MK 2 or MK3 then I would get Beoport. This will give you access to all you MP3's plus over 3000 radio Stations. If you do have a MK 2 Beosound 9000 then it may need an SW upgrade first.

Beoport is a black box you connect to you PC and then to Master link. then it's possible to play all music you have on your PC over Master link and controlling it by BS9000. Also there is over 3600 radio stations from the web.

I can't find anything saying it's not possible to upgrade mrk 1 to having N.Music???

BTW you buy it from your B&O dealer.

My point exactly. AFAIK all BS9000 can be upgraded for N Music. See FAQ on the subject.
