hi all, ive had my beogram 1200 for about 2 months now and although it spins ans plays i do have a few problems. firstly when i turn the speed control the wheel (idler??) moves but doesnt lock back against the motor shaft and thus stops spinning unless i push the speed control dial in at the side and then it catches and starts spinning fine. As i only play lps this is fine but the speed sometimes drops down. i was just wondering what i can do to solve this. Also does anyone have detailed instructions on how to strip the motor down and lubricated it?? Ive got the service manual but it pickled my head when i read it if im honest.
