But what is wrong when a beolink 7000 gives a blinking red-status-line ??

in my case it is  the -- radio-station + volume-level --  which blink continuesly when i switch on  the radio .

I know that an empty battery gives a blinking " ."

It's a empty or bad battery.

Every drop in the power supply of the battery will cause the BL7000 to blink.

The BL7000 monitors not only the absolute voltage of the battery, also the speed of the dropping voltage will cause the blinking.

Probably one cell of the battery is bad.
