AV7000

FIRST GENERATION PLASMA FUJUITSU -

DVD PLAYER PLUGGED IN CDV ON AV7000

VCR (yes a VCR) plugged into V tape and the cable box wired throught the VCR

I also wired cable box into CDV so take vcr out of loops to narrow it down.

I turn the system on i get sound from the cable box but no video. i see "static" lines on the screen

I tried a new input on the av7000 but still no video.

any ideas? 

the tv when i hit menu on the tv remote works. so the "tv" is working.
