From the other thread where I am trying to repair the tone arm carriage, I have taken the photos below of the two arms which appear to be corroding or oxidizing toward the front -- the end closest to the viewer. [The pitting in the photos look more like dust particles than oxidation.] Is there any way to repair this or to prevent further deteriorations?
