Beolink 7000 - some keys not working

    Hello!

I have a Beolink 7000 and about half of the keys are not working. The battery is new and everything else is working ok.

Is it possible to repair this, maybe by myself? I would appreciate some hints Smile

Do you mean those red buttons or the "blue ones" (the touch-screen)? What does work and what doesn't?

I have noted that some of the touch-screen buttons (especially the center of the screen) need a bit more pressing in my BL7000. I would suppose that to be pretty hard to fix, I wouldn't dear to fiddle around with the screen...

Did you take off the glass panel in a repair? It could be that it is not mounted properly and that the goldplated springs do not touch the glass panel any more, and in that case the keys don't work.

    Hi,

i don´t took off the glass panel and as far as i know the remote was not repaired before.

So do you think it´s worth a try to take the glass panel off an remount it. I think there is no service manual available for Beolink 7000, so i´m not really sure how to disassemble it.
