Midday yesterday, Van sent out the Beoworld Newsletter to all members who stated in their profile that they wished to receive newsletters.

If you did not receive a E-mail newsletter, then that is because you declined when you became a member.

Hi Keith,

I updated my email some time ago by clicking on the banner headline and then getting an email from Van. However, after not receiving the Newsletter I have dug around in my profile information and found that the email listed there was still my old one (now lost in cyberspace.)

So if anyone else has not received a newsletter they may want to check the address in their profile as well as making sure that they've ticked the 'Receive Notifications' box.
