my serenata is showing the following message 'music list is empty' when i try and get any music up or load music on. has anyone experienced this problem before and how to fix it without going through the main dealer as they want £100.00 to send my phone to Denmark before charging me for any repair. As I can't afford it. Thank you for your help and support.  Andy

How are you loading the music? I seem to remember that when playing with this device, one needed to load the files into a sub file first.
