I'm confused...
Can you good people help me shed some light on the BeoComs, bases, and lines.
I received an e-mail the other day from B&O introducing the BeoCom 5 (albeit i thought it had been out for a while) and it got me thinking:
> When B&O say it can handle 2 phone lines, does this mean it makes your one telephone number in to 2 lines?  Or the opposite, for example, if you have two separate telephone numbers eg (03) 9123 4444 and a (03) 9123 4321 (made up phone numbers) it can handle this with one telephone instead of 2?
> Do you only need one 'base' per phone? Obsviously a base is more than just a charging dock for a phone?  Or is the base the master when you have a lot of BeoComs?
> If you have more than one BeoCom, say a BeoCom 5 and a BeoCom 2, how does it know you're on the same network?  Do you have to pair the phones?
Thanks in advance.
