    Beomaster 5000 open button

    The open button on the front of a BM5000 that I have is driving me insane. It only works when the lid is loose or off. As soon as I tighten the lid into place it doesn't open. I can't understand why? Anyone able to shed some light on it for me? Otherwise I'm shoving the BM in some cupboard far out of sight to be forgotten......far too frustrating!

    Probably the bottom plate in need of adjusting.
    Losen it and see if you can move it a mm back.
