How do I adjust the Level of the (stereo) Speaker beolab 3 on my Beovision 7-32 (Dez 2006)

Recently I got back my repaired Beolab 3 Speaker from my AD. After connecting it to my Beovision 7-32 I found out that the repaired speaker is noticable louder than my old one.

I read through the whole manual but I can not find a setting for the adjustment of the "Level" of my Speakers.

Due to the fact, that I have only two Beolab 3 and a subwoofer connected, there is no possibility to Level my speakers.

Has anyone an Idea how to solve this Problem? Or is this a mistake by the AD and both Speakers should have been Leveled after the repair?

I have a Level Meter available for the procedure, but do not know how to find the right settings in my TV.

    Best Regards, Tim

Have you checked that the position switch is set the same for both speakers? Free, wall, corner.

Both have the same Position (Free) - although they are standing directly in Front of a Wall.

Is there a Big difference between Wall and Free?

I think it's fair to say that the settings are merely a guide. I would always recommend experimenting to see which setting provides the soound quality that you are looking for. There may or may not be a big difference. There must be some difference or there would be no point having the swotch in the first place.

Perhaps somebody more technical than me can offer an explanation as to how the bass is adjusted to compensate for the proximity of walls etc.

I think it is far more easier if i understand well your problem.Go to MENU->SOUND->SPEAKER LEVEL and adjust it there manually so you can level your two front speakers.
