    Beogram 3300 Arm Problem

My recently acquired Beogram 3300 has a problem with the arm system.  At rest, the arms are not parallel to the deck.  They are both higher at the cartridge end.  The result is that the cartridge will not track properly as it is not in full contact with the record surface.  Any ideas on how to level the arm assembly?

    Cheers!

    Re: Beogram 3300 Arm Problem

1st thing to check is that all 3 transport screws (underneath the deck) are fully released.

    Re: Beogram 3300 Arm Problem

Herein lies part of the problem:  The person I purchased it from did not engage the transport screws prior to packing and shipment.  I fear something may have gotten tweaked in transport.  The chassis seems to be floating fully and level.
