    Beovision 10 placement opinions

I have decided to get a Beovision 10-40 to replace the Avant in the picture. I am trying to decide on placement and wondered what others thought.

I will also be ordering a speaker grill for a Beovision 5 in the same color as the speakers and the Avant, removing the cloth, and installing it on the 10 so all will match.

Option 1 is to place the 10 on the motorized stand.

Option 2 is to wall mount the 10, and place the satellite box in the basement and remove the red cabinet

Option 3 is to wall mount the 10, and place the satellite box in the basement and remove the red cabinet, and then move the Beolab 1s to the other room where they would be rear speakers with Beolab 9s as fronts, then move the Beolab 6000s that are currently being used as rears in the other room to be used with the Beovision 10 and mount them on the wall.

Option 2 or 3 depending on what sound you want.

The BL6000 is´nt that good at low frequenz. And therefor the BL9 would be prefered in that case.

But the wallmount of the BL6000 looks outstanding though...

I got the BV10-40", and is thinking of buying the 46" insted, so give the 46" an ekstra chance, it might be worth the ekstra $$ ?

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately after investigating the options further with the dealer it appeared unlikely that we would be able to mount the TV in the desired place on the wall, so I went with the floor stand. I do agree with you it looks best on the wall.

I will be leaving the Beolab 1s as fronts with the 10-40, Beolab 4000s as rears. The Beolab 9s and Beolab 6000s will remain in the other room with the Beovision 7-55.
