Can any help me with the electronic programme guide and the tuning procedure on my Beovision 7. B & O tell me it is a software problem due to lack of memory! 

EPG

The EPG consistently fails to show accurately the guide to television and radio programmes. It incorrectly details the times and the names of the programmes and is unreliable. Occasionally, when it does show the correct programme schedule, it will soon lose the information if move onto the next page.  

Retuning

I experienced issues with the digital changeover in the Granada/north west region of the UK, after much intervention from your local team I was  able to retune  – although it is such a painstaking, laborious and complicated procedure I have not taken the chance to update with new freeview channels that have become available.

Can any one help with a solution?
