Will a new model help with Panning?

    Hello All

I am considering upgrading my BV7 MK3 to the new MK5

One of my biggest problems with the MK3 is the panning on the display and the projector when used.

Will the MK5 improve this as the processing is higher Hz or is the Bs3 exactly the same as it was in the MK3???

    Thanks

I thought that was fixed with a sw update? It was on my MK3? I don't really see much of a difference panning between the MK3 and the MK4. I don't really know if I'd upgrade to the MK5 - it's not that much better. Perhaps wait for the LED-based MK6?

Well, the MK V is a 200 hz panel, so it should help eliminate panning issues. However, as Moxxey, i do not have a panning problem with my Mk IV, but then again it also updates twice as fast as the Mk III. If you watch a lot of sports and fast moving tv or movies, i would definitely go for the new Mk V..cant wait untill i get mine..
