Beomaster 8000, Beogram 8000, Beocord 8000, Beovox M150, owners handbook and manuals

Hi guys, had plans to get all this refurbished.. but oh well.. life gets in the way.. need to raise some cash... Sad

I will describe the condition and functionality of each component as best I can. Viewings are welcomed. Questions are welcomed.

The Beocord 8000 works perfectly as far as I can tell, all of the other items require some attention.

I used the system daily for years (I'm the second owner since ~2004), but time marches on, it wants a little TLC..

I'm open to offers on all or any part of what is offered here, privately, by PM or email, or right here in the thread.

In practical terms, packing and posting is difficult for me, but shipping may be possible.. so do ask.

If somebody wants it all and can come and collect that would be ideal.

None of this is listed on eBay, but here's my ID for reference.

I'm located in Knutsford, Cheshire, UK.. email is autobluff @ googlemail . com

Note that the Terminal remote may appear in some pics but was sold to beaker some time ago.

    BEOMASTER 8000

Glass screen in good condition - no chips or scratches. Slight wear to paintwork on front edge. Face on it looks pretty good, but it's a bit tatty in places, if you look from oblique angles you'll see scratches to one side of the heatsink, the rear, connector cover. I'm going to upload a zip with more detailed pictures later.
Unfortunately whilst cleaning the unit some buttons under the flap dropped down under the surface. They are there, underneath the panel - obviously unit needs dismantling to reinstate, but it needs opening up anyway.
LED elements "fused together" (again will show this in forthcoming pics). The issue is replicated identically on both volume and frequency LEDs, so I'm wondering if the circuit tracks are shorting somewhere, rather than the LED??
The amp was used daily for several years. Currently it powers up, shows "CLIPPING" in the display briefly, produces no sound.
None of this equipment has had capacitors changed btw.

    BEOCORD 8000

Cosmetically pretty good considering age. Seems to work perfect!

    BEOGRAM 8000

Whilst the lid is OK, the hinge has broken. Grrr...
Slight marks to fascia - nothing major. Good to fair overall condition for age, depending on how you look at it.
Uh... whose idea was it to use velcro for the silver panel??
Worked absolutely fine.. then one day.. nothing, no signs of life. I haven't checked the fuse or attempted to fix this in anyway.
The pictures here obviously from before when it stopped working!
    With two MMC 20S cartridges.

    BEOVOX M150

Cosmetically typical for age I guess. Some marks to top of one cabinet - may polish out. Slight damage to one grill. The metal frame split -not the material, so it can still be seated and is not immediately obvious.
The foam surround on both bass units has deteriorated. One mid driver wasn't working. I haven't investigated this. Was quoted £15 for replacement by B&O hifi dealer in Macclesfield (not the new B&O store). Do they really stock these for 20+ years? Hmmmm....

    Thanks for looking!

Indeed.  I should be collecting it from the friend who kindly picked it up on my behalf this weekend and I'm as excited as a kid on Christmas Eve!
