    Converting Beomaster, Beogram, and Beocord 7000 from 220V to 110V

    I just purchased a german Beosystem 7000 I would like to convert to US 110V operation. The repair manual shows a relatively straightforward change in jumper wires across the transformer terminals. Is this really all there is to this? Do I also need to change the fuse to a lower voltage rating than 250V?

    don't forget to look at the other differences , they are on page 7-8 (* maybe they are applicable ?? )

    and this one may be appl . too

    P=U x I , 225 w = 110 v  x I ==> I= 2 amp  ( not really correct , but close to the real facts )
