I have a BeoMaster 5 / Beosound 5 and am in the process of organising my digital media. That is, updating tags, covers, etc. I am doing this using beoPlayer and tag update on my PC. When I go to my BeoSound to hear the music and see that my organising is taking effect I can see a virtual memory error on my BeoMaster 5. BM5/BS5 is connected to my BeoVision 7 TV and I can see the error when I go to PC on my remote.

I havn't being able to find any support for this kind of error.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

a virtual memory issue means that the win2k/xp/vista had a problem within a kind of memory stored onto your harddisk - for detailed description please see http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb%3Ben-us%3B555223&x=13&y=11 - but no worry, please restart your system and it should work fine again.
