Your dealer should have given you the card! I'll try and get it for you!

I have the full B&O Tech sheet somewhere. Peter or Lee may have it from the old forum.  If not I'll forward it with some other documents to place in a technical section.

I'm using sky+ with a BV8. Everytime I turn on sky the box auto switches off after approx 30-40 seconds. I normally turn on the tv then press DTV twice on the Beo 4. Am I doing anything wrong????

    Re: Controlling Sky+

    Hi,

I had this same issue when I first purchased a Beovision 8 32".  The sky box would turn off after a few minutes of use when using the STB.  B&O eventually sent a dealer to my home who updated my firmware resolving this issue.  My brother had exactly the same problem with his Beovison 8 32" and the same firmware update fixed his problem.

    Many Thanks,

    Graham

    Thanks Graham,

My BS4 needs a software update so I'll get in touch with my dealer and see if they can sort both out.

    :-)
