Has anybody had a problem with the MkIV 7-40? I have recently updated the software in one and now it freezes from time to time. Also now the blu ray drive won't update via the ethernet socket, it doesn't even see the connection. Anyone have anything similar?
My BV7-40 MKIV freezes/crashes, but your problem sounds like the software might not have been fully 'taken' by the TV?
Also, I was advised by my dealer than there were a few issues with the latest BV7-40 MKIV software and that they were waiting for the next version before installing on my TV.
