Hi all,

Finally managed to get an AV2 expander to try and get both Sky and a DVD1 working on an AV9000.

I've set the port to 'Expander' but only the Decoder (the default) port seems to work....... :-(

Does anyone have a later manual they can send / put on the site, or any clues as to what I can try now?

The AV900 is an early type 43/09 and the software version is 1.2.

Any ideas anyone?

Has the av got an input for audio R&L and a composite video ie rca type input if so get a scart to rca lead or make one up and plug it in if the av has a camcorder onput or even the av2 try that had a similar prob with a v8000 not finding the sky box eventually resolved with the lead and call up the camcorder on the v8000 menus not pretty but it worked the guilded the lily by using a belkin a/v switcher to use a french tfreeview box - again untidy but it works
