BeoSound 4 crash caught on camera.

Since new I've had random shut downs of my BeoSound 4. It's been to B&O for repair but they found nothing wrong. My problem is, the unit shuts down pretty much every time I use it. The screen will go blank, the lid opens and the music stops. After a short time the lid closes but the unit remains unresponsive to the Beo4. I have to turn all my equipment off for a short time to reset it. Today I caught it on video, see here:-

Does it also occur when the Serene is not there?

this has happened once or twice with mine too, i didn't think much of it as it's only been a few times over two years (placed on floorstand)

Yes DoubleU, its crashed with the Serene and base charger removed from the desk. In the video I was listening A.AUX but earlier it crashed listening to CD.

I have also had this issue with a client's unit. It was a few years ago. It was sent back to B&O. Never seen it since.

    never happened with mine

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

Thank you, can I contact B&O direct about this or do I have to contact my dealer?
