pour me rattraper , voici ce que PATG a posté sur le forum général au sujet du BV 10 qu'il vient de voir et quelques autres produits.
CA commence à devenir enfin intéressant chez B&O.
I have seen the BV 10 in Belgium on its first appearance, I actually did see 2 :
-one wall mounted (turns on 1 side like a door)
-on motorized foot (small/sleek BV5)
It is (an only this - for the moment) 40"
usingSamsung 200Hz LCD with edge LCD (B&O sales person :this does not do any improvement to picture quality, only lower power consumption, longer lifetime); 2 HDMI interfaces
SQUARE, bottom is speakers with VERY GOOD HIGH quality
6000EURO was told by B&O guy, targeting the Avant replacement market
Today 40", it was explicitly stated that this is the first of a family (so larger versions expected as Samsung will bring out bigger sizes)
Also on display :
-the flute/remote/clock B&O should fire the guy who defined the product, not because of the product but because of the fact he did not do this 10 years earlier ... ! so nice, so evident, so practical, a must have for every B&O adept !
-a new Beocom handset
It was not allowed to take pictures (and they were watching us...), launch Oct 17th, availability early november (although the 2 units were very pre-productin like...)
Other news :
-BV 7 will come soon in +50"
-BeoSound 5 :slave unit will come out to control the BeoMaster 5 from different rooms, room independant
-BeoSound 5 : B&O is working on sound/picture ... to piggyback on top of iTunes/iPhoto/iMovie .. so no more need for BeoMaster 5 (expensive Windows box ..;)
-MasterLink : is still an analog approach, B&0 is working on a CAT7 based digital version, so get those cables in place !
Sales/business has been horrible for 6 months at resellers, B&O woke up, works faster than ever before to get new stuff out sooner than ever before to generate sales ...

Pour moi l'idée d'un BS5 sans BM5, pilotant un serveur iTunes est une TRES TRES BONNE IDEE.
