B&O kit has been on US Amazon for a while, it will start to get interesting if this reaches the UK.

I believe B&O has had a presence in US Amazon for a long time now? In the past, there were mostly earphones on sale. I see all the current items are still relatively "small".

I think it is B and O, not an individual store. There are links to both this page and the store on B and Os main store on the main page in the new B and O Facebook page. I received an email from B and O announcing the Facebook page today.

The new Amazon page also has a heading entitled preowned and mentions a six month warranty on preowned.

The Amazon store has the same items as in the estore.  I wonder where the preowned items come from because they almost never accept trade ins.

I do know B&O are looking at running out an 'official' pre-owned business model which will (hopefully) be centralised and (hopefully) successful with dealers if they are going to (hopefully) deal with each other amicably.. perhaps this is a trial before they launch it on the rest of the world?

It's not easy doing pre-owned as i'm sure anyone doing it now will agree. Trying to get hundreds of dealers to do it together in unison should be interesting to say the least!

If you click on 'Pre-Owned' it says these are store returns, items used as props in photo shoots, and cosmetically challenged items.  And yes, B&O has been on Amazon for years now.

The Bang and Olufsen web page for the USA now lists used products as well as the new products for sale. The used products are listed as Demo, preowned, and a third category. No prices are listed but the specific store with the used item is identified.

To be fair, isn't that something that car dealers have offered, for years? Go to a VW garage, ask them for a specific second-hand Golf, in a particular colour, and they can search their database and find a deal with a model.

B&O should work with you though Lee, rather than attempting to re-invent the wheel.
