    Strange PUC issue ?

Here is a strange problem. We have Apple TV connected and the PUC is set to Apple Remote. It works very well. Here is the weird problem. When the Apple TV is turned off, if I press N. Music on the Beo 4 or Sat on the Beo 4 the selected source turns on correctly, but the Apple TV also turns on. One can actually see the IR emitter flashing and then the Apple TV turns on. Thus it is impossible to leave Apple TV turned of. Anybody else ever seen this type of a problem?

    Re: Strange PUC issue ?

Hello buddy I think I have found it, today I had my PUC table flashed so I can have the latest apple remote PUC. I have noticed that if I have sky HD set to turn off at tv standby off option it does not turn the apple tv on or off or It always turn it on. If I set sky to be always on it leaves the apple tv alone

    Re: Strange PUC issue ?

Tried different settings with no luck. I have now assigned a different item in the PUC list to the Apple TV and have used the learning function of the Apple TV to learn those commands. Now to turn the Apple TV on I press the assigned button on the Beo 4 followed by GO. Turning it off I use the Apple TV menu to place in standby. Turning on other sources no longer turns the Apple TV on as it did when I had it set to Apple Remote in the PUC list.
