Does MASTER CONTROL PANEL 6500 work with BEOMASTER 7000 and the rest of the system? Which remote controls, and to what extent, can be used with the Beosystem 7000 (BEOMASTER 7000 + BEOGRAM CD 7000)?

Yes it does - BM6500 is identical with BM7000, except that the latter has RDS in the tuner. RDS information will only be visible on the RDS version of Beolink 7000, otherwise you can use any modern remote (Beolink 1000, 5000, 7000, Beo4/5, MCP5500-7000).
