I´m a vet and own one. It´s produced in partnership with 3M Littmann and is called Modell 3000. It looks and sounds fantastic. The second Modell of the Bang & Olufsen Medicom is a stethoscops which can record sounds.

I had the 4000 which could record as well. It is a very good teaching aid but I found it picked up too much surface noise and went back to a normal Littman. It is beautifully made though and I sometimes think about trying again!
I've never heard of a B&O Stethoscope!! No one ever speaks about it. I would love to own one. They look awesome.......not that I am not doctor lol!
