Hi all just got from my dealer after picking up my new Beo 5 spent a couple of hours in the shop looking at the new Beovision 8. 40 i was very impressed with the sound, and the picture quality was out of this world for such a slimline tv. I was compairing the picture to the Beovision 9 as the broadcast was the same in HD and i found the Beovision 8. 40 a winner. As anybody else seen the Beovision 8. 40 yet?

Well, as a matter of fact I did the same today. Due to a short vacation I was not able to see the BV 8-40 ealier. And to be honest it is love at first sight.

My dealer placed the 8-40 on the floor and connected it a to a ordinary analogue cablesignal. I had some reservations about the size of this TV ( maybe too big for our home). But fortunately it appeared to be very reasonable. The sound was absolutely excellent and so is the picture quality. I really like the design. I think the price (in Holland), including Beo 4, being € 3995,- is acceptable. I think I am going to buy it.
