I have a beomaster 3400 , but the dial cord was out of wheel  , please there are somebody know roller the cord on the wheel?

Dial string is always fiddly. A steady hand or four, lots of patience and coffee is what it takes.

You can find instructions in the Beomaster 2000 service manual (page 7-1). It's very similar to the Beomaster 3400.
The manual is available for download for silver and gold members (well worth it for the small membership fee).
