We recently had SKY+ installed, I have worked out just about eveything exepct using the interactive. When I press GO on the Beo4, it assumes I am trying to play something from the hard drive.

Hi Craig,

If its like the STB controllers on the Avants, then its GO GO and then GO pls what ever you want to do to get it to work.

Took me a while and some help from the forum to sort it out as well!

Hi Craig, not quite sure what you mean by 'using the interactive'. Do you mean accessing the same menu as via the 'interactive' button near the top of Sky remote?

on the Beo4, pressing Go 1 acesses tv guide, Go 2 box office, Go 3 services and Go 4 intercative.

If this is not what you're asking please elaborate.

It's the interactive services on the BBC I am having problems with. First I press red anf the interactive loads up no problem. If I try to enter a page number, I type in the number. My problem is when I press go. It thinks I am trying to access recordings on the hard drive.
