I just got an old MX3000 for my (home) office that sits on a little stand. Unfortunately the volume is very low (you can hear something). My Beolink 1000 MK3 (Light button) does not adjust the volume to a good level. It works perfect on the Beocenter 9300 in the same room, so the remote is fine.

As there are no menus and no info on the TV's screen if you, I suppose the TV is somewhat defect. But if I press picture and then the arrow up key (^) the brightness changes, so maybe just the sound (amplifier?) does not work anymore? A common fault?

Any hints for me???
