Does anyone know if replacements for these crossovers are available, or better still if I can take the existing crossovers and rebuild them using better components ?

Get in touch with Dillen (Martin) and he can supply you with idiot proof instructions and a kit to replace the capacitors. I have done it to some S80.2's and it is very worthwile.
