Dear all, I own both a Beocenter 9000 and a Beocenter 9500. I desperately want to keep both working on a daily basis. But I fear that the CD mechanisms will die soon or late.

Therefore, could someone knowledgeable indicate whether it is possible to replace both existing CD mechanisms with more recent ones for which spare parts are still (ad will remain) available (e.g. Beocenter 9300 mechanism)?

Neither of the CD mechanisms are replaceable. However, both are repairable at the component level if you can find some competent person to do it.

The required knowledge is available on this site. A search of the forums will provide a wealth of information on the subject!
