Hi guys!

Im not so conversant with beo and i dont have it myself so please be gentle :) Im writing for a friend who has a problem. 

The problem is when he is watching dvd and from nowhere the format changes so the picture moves down so the subtitles disappears. When this happens a bunch of greens lines appears at the top of the screen.

He has a BeoVision 4 and a BeoSystem 2 and the dvd is a BeoCenter 2.

The guys from Bang & Olufsen store has tried to solve it but with no success. 

Anyone who has an clue ?
