    powerlink to RCA wire drawing

    Hi all,

does anybody have a wire drawing (or wich pins to use in a 8Din to RCA) for the powerlink to RCA cable. I want to connect some BL3's to a lineout of a TV. And i know that the cable would be very expensive if i by an original one from B&O, but i am handy with a solder iron so i want to make my own. Does anybody have experience with this, and can help me with a wire diagram.

    hope someone can help me
    thanks a lot

Have tried searching on Ebay just found this, and very reasonably priced too.

I saw also that you can buy it on ebay, but i have all the stuff in house, so that's why i want to make it myself.

But do i only need to connect the signal gnd (pin 2), audio signal (pin 3 left, pin 5 right audio) and shielding (pin 7) of the cable. Or do i need to do something with the PL ON (pin 1) and PL speaker ON (pin 4) or can i just leave them floating or Ground them?

     thanks a lot

By the way, you can use any folly mounted DIN to RCA converter. The DIN plug fits the powerlink socket, and the two signal in leads (RCA) will give you the signal from powerlink. Can't remember which is left and right though. And the other two RCA leads are redundant in this setup. I use this to take the powerlinksignal from my ouverture to a Rega Brio amp.

    best regards
