    Beolab 4000 question

    Hi i would like to change the color of my beolab 4000 speakers from green to red.  is it possible? is it very expensive? i think someone here in the forum had posted that he had changes the metal covers... can i change the covers on my own or do i need to take it to the b&o service center?

    It certainly can be done! All of the parts needed will come to about £300 ish for a complete change.

    Easy to do, you just need a torx and a flat-head screwdriver, a pair of pliers and patience!!

    For that price, I would look for a second hand pair in the colour you want - and then you will have two pairs!

    Ask your dealer about the price, it could vary... The frets can be expensive (try find some on ebay)
